Jacquelyn Babcock

Director

Jacquelyn joined Farm Animal Care Training and Auditing in 2018; she uses her diverse animal species background to conduct animal welfare audits. Jacquelyn continues to learn and gain knowledge in all species for auditing livestock production.

Marina Demaine

Report Processor

Marina joined FACTA in May of 2023. She grew up in Scottsdale, AZ and attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, where she earned degrees in Linguistics and Philosophy with an emphasis in ethics. While in school she worked for the University’s College of Agriculture, School of Plant Sciences assisting their team of faculty and staff. Since graduation, Marina’s work has focused on technical writing and internal policy and procedure audits. When not at work she enjoys spending time reading and writing about European history.

Becca Walthart

Animal Welfare Auditor

Becca joined FACTA in January of 2025. Originally from Winthrop, IA, Becca earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science and a master’s degree in veterinary preventative medicine from Iowa State University. She gained valuable experience at the Swine Medicine Education Center at Iowa State University, contributing to the clinical education of swine medicine. Becca enjoys being involved in the agriculture industry which led her to this position. Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Abigail Harrison

Animal Welfare Auditor

Abigail joined FACTA in December 2024. She grew up in Missouri Valley, Iowa, and attended Iowa Western Community College, earning a degree in Agribusiness Management. While in school, she worked as a live operations and veterinary intern then later as a broiler service tech. When not working she enjoys reading, sewing, and taking her dog for long hikes.

Brook Crane

Animal Welfare Auditor Supervisor

Brook joined FACTA in 2025. Brook is from Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma state where she earned her bachelor’s degree in animal science and master’s degree in reproductive physiology. Brook has extensive experience in swine operations as well as broiler production through all stages of production. Outside of work, Brook enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
